We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. Please see below for Return, Exchange  and Terms of Sale details.

  • All returned items must be in original condition, unused and accompanied by a sales receipt.To request return please contact us to request an return authorization. Return requests must be made within 15 days of receiving items.
  • All Sale* items are FINAL SALE.  All earring items are FINAL SALE.
  • Shipping and handling charges will not be refunded or credited.

*Sale items refers to any item purchased at a discount via either a storewide or indivdiual product sale or from use of a discount code or items marked as clearance.

 

Orders / Payment / Shipping

NKHenry handbags& accessories are made in limited quantities.  If you have any questions about a particular bag, please feel free to contact us. Most NKHenry products are made to order.  Once you complete an order, we will notify you via email to reconfirm your order.  Occasionally, we may have the bag you order in stock.  In that case, it will ship within 24 hours (Monday-Friday) once payment is confirmed.  In the event we don’t have it in stock, please allow up to 10 days for items to ship.

  • We offer FREE Standard US delivery on all orders as of 12/23/13 via USPS. This includes tracking coverage at no additional charge. International shipping fees are calculated at checkout.
  • USPS Priority and Express shipping are available at an additional charge. You can upgrade to one of these methods directly by adding this service directly to your shopping cart. 
  • Signature Confirmation service(s) and Insurance coverage exceeding $100 are available for an additional fee.  Contact us if you would like pricing on these options.
  • Orders received after 3 pm EST will be processed the next day.
  • Currently, we ship to United States, Europe, Australia and Asia. If you have a destination outside of these areas that you would like us to ship to, please contact us for shipping estimates. 
  •  For security reasons, we do not currently ship to  APO/FPO addresses. 
  • Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking number  You may use this number to track your package online by visiting: www.usps.com
